Krushidhan Producer Company Limited has been conceptualized with core objective of mutual benefits to farmers (through collective efforts led by farmer). Company also aims at enterprise development and promotion of sustainable agricultural interventions as well quality products. While sole purpose of conceptualization of the company has been benefit to member farmers through enterprise development, creation of profit making entity is visualized as the by-product of the interventions. Hence careful considerations have been done for structuring the company, selection of members and directors as well as scope of activities.

Broad Objectives

1. Promote Farmers' led and demand driven value chain for input supply and marketing.
2. Carry on the business of production, harvesting, procurement, grading, pooling, handling, marketing, selling, export of primary produce e.g. groundnuts, oilseeds, grains, and other agro products of the members or import goods or services for their benefit.
3. To provide for mutual assistance and technical consultancy services.
4. To provide insurance cover and credit facilities to the farmers in a profitable manner.
5. To provide for welfare measures or facilities for the benefit of members.
